SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
Social activities, whether team games or a
karaoke session, are a wonderful way to break down barriers,
make friends and practise English. Our Activity Leaders
place the emphasis on participation and fun. The following
selection of events & activities take place afternoons &
evenings for students at all SSS centres : treasure hunts;
discos; karaoke nights; cookery; ghost tours; BBQs;
aerobics; pool parties; mini-Olympics; cinema nights; quiz
shows; 'Blind Date'; camp fires and songs; giant chess &
casino nights. SSS Frewen students have weekly shopping
trips to nearby towns, karting trips, cinema trips and 10
pin bowling nights.
For students who would like the chance of seeing a famous
West End musical show such as Disney's The Lion King during
their stay, we offer trips every two weeks (see Booking Form
for prices).
We also offer painting and drawing sessions in the Art
Studio, and daily chocolate cookie and muffin making for
those young super-chefs!
